Information about what personal data we collect, why we use it, and what rights you have as a data subject.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

  • Contact and enquiry form data — name, email address, phone number, message content and, where relevant, event date and guest count (forms on the Contact and Accommodation pages).
  • Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, access time) collected automatically for security and site functionality.
  • Weather data — the temperature widget fetches public data from an external service (Open-Meteo) and does not collect or send any of your personal data in doing so.
  • Analytics — no analytics tool is active at the time this page was published. If one is introduced in future (e.g. Google Analytics), this policy will be updated before activation.

3. Purpose of processing

We use form data exclusively to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer, organise a booking or event, and communicate about your order or enquiry. We do not use your data for automated profiling.

Processing is based on your consent (by submitting a form) and, where applicable, on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual obligations (e.g. preparing a wedding or accommodation booking offer), in accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Data retention period

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to process your request and any follow-up communication, and at most until the expiry of statutory business-record retention periods. After that period, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. Requests can be sent to info@atrium-gulin.hr. If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

7. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. The site uses external services to display content (Google Maps for the interactive map, Google Fonts for typography, jsDelivr CDN for technical libraries) which may, while loading those resources, process certain technical data according to their own privacy policies. 8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of the page.
